Frequently Asked Questions & Pawlicy

Here are answers to commonly asked questions. Feel free to contact us at 24

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully bonded and insured. Please note: to ensure you are covered by our policies, you must follow the outlined booking procedures.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit/credit payments only. All payments are processed online via Time to Pet.

What are your hours of availability?

We offer boarding and house sitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Doggy Daycare, baths, and other services are available Monday - Friday from 6 am to 6 pm.

Can you accommodate my animal's medical needs?

Yes! We are owned and operated by veterinarian technicians. We are able to administer medications, give insulin shots to diabetic pets, and provide care to elderly pets who may be incontinent and/or handicapped.

Do you have any breed restrictions?

No! We love all pets and animals!

What should I bring for boarding?

The only thing your pet needs for boarding is food. We’ll provide water, bowls, bedding, etc. We are not held responsible for damages to any beds, bowls, bags, or other items you may bring.

Can I board my cat?

Yes! We have a specialized room for cats that includes two towers. They will be safe, secure, and secluded from all other animals. You can also board your reptiles and other exotic pets!

What happens if I am late for pick up?

Pet owners must book additional services online in order to extend boarding. Pets that are not picked up on their scheduled day will be charged for boarding plus the $15 walk-in fee for each day that the pet is boarded past it's scheduled pick up date. If your pet is boarded for 48 hours over scheduled services, your pet may be dropped off at PG County Animal Shelter.

Pet Sitter Sharing

We do not share pet care services with anyone outside of Dr DoDarryl's Pet Sitting LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, having other pet sitters do drop-in visits while we are scheduled to do overnights, or sharing drop-in visits with multiple pet sitters. We reserve the right to cease services immediately if we learn this is taking place, and we cannot be held responsible for accidents or undesirable circumstances that arise from having any other persons providing care.
